No. I'm saying that there are "Home Run hires" and there are "safe" or "Plan B" hires. Guys that go 8-4 in the Big 12 and lose to Iowas Sate and Texas Tech or run through a MAC schedule undefeated may have an upside, sure. But they aren't home runs. And they essentially blend together in my eyes.
