Good luck Aggies....you got a great one... 
He was a great recruiter and really coached up the WRs who were so young. Only two years as true coach experience, but was a star.
VT is a lesser team because of him moving on..

He recruited the DMV (mainly MD and DC) and made a lot of headway in that area.
He is young and energetic. The players love him and want to play hard for him.
He got the true freshmen running great routes.
The only knock on our young WRs has been their blocking, but I think that comes with experience and AMO was still working on it.
