What is a good translation of the Odyssey

Wanting to reread the story after watching the movie. I last read ‘The Adventures of Ulysses’ by Bernard Evslin back in middle school.
I am looking for a similar prose, easy to read version, geared for adults. Any recs?

The standard is still the best: the Penguin Classics version translated by E.V. Rieu (who started the whole Penguin Classics line). Read it in college and I don't think anyone has improved on it. Still have my beloved old paperback copy.
