Carol was fricking stone cold last night. When she told Maggie she couldn't stop, did she mean she couldn't stop killing people?
Also, when Rick capped dude in the head at the end, Carol gripped the cross in her hand so hard it started bleeding. Was she sickly excited at the moment, or what?

Is there something about the apocalypse that makes you gay? Out of like 35 Alexandrians there are at least 5 gay characters. I know it is kind of the thing right now but seems kind of an overkill representation compared to normal statistics.
This is one area where Kirkman's writing suffers from his ideology. He does the same thing with the comics, although the characters are far less important in the books at the moment.
ETA: Jesus is gay in the comics. That's when it became clear Kirkman was just trying to spit in people's faces.

I think Carol is having a crisis of conscious so to speak. The question of the episode was "What are you so afraid of?". I think the answer to the question is she's scared of herself and what she's capable of.
I don't think shebwas excited at the end. I think it was fear.

Just something I thought about last night but am I the only one kind of surprised that they've been able to keep any pictures or anything of Negan on set from getting out to the public? They must have shut the whole set down for his filming days because all we've seen is some ridiculous video of a monitor. The must really want this to be a very special introduction.

I posted a video a few pages back of what looks like Jeffrey Dean Morgan smashing somebodies head in with a baseball bat. Looks real to me but the quality is only so-so.

Right, but it's some ridiculously shitty quality video of a video. I'm talking about set up pictures like they do for People or Vanity or whatever. They've been really tight lipped on all things Negan.

Yeah, which makes it way better IMO. Can't wait.

i understand it makes for good television and give the character's depth, but i'm so sick of this type of shite in WD.
It's been what 2-3 years since the apocalypse? Carol has killed nearly 20 living people or so by her counting. You would think she would be callused to killing anything and everything that threatens her or her "group" at this point. Is the Morgan perspective getting to her? What is the point of this sub plot? Why does WD have at least one character per season go thru this depression or stance change?

The guy that plays Sam and Dean Winchester's dad on the show Supernatural is Negan I think...

He's currently on The Good Wife and fun fact: He plays Bruce Wayne's dad in the new Batman vs. Superman movie.

I know him from the Watchmen.

I think he is gay on the show as well. The actor that plays him said on Talking Dead that he thinks Jesus was pretending to be unconscious to lay on Daryl when they were driving to Alexandria.

Oh I'm sure he is. No way they change it.

Somebody is getting the arrow in the back alley this week. Also seems like Dwight will return and be the one shooting. On set were Darryl, Rosita, Denise, Glenn, Jesus, Abraham, Tara, Eugune and Heath.
My money is on Tara or Rosita.

I think they will stay true to the comics and have Abe take the arrow.

FWIW, Josh McDermitt (Eugene) is appearing on The Talking Dead this week.

Eugene won't die. He has to make the bullets.
