If it’s about the salmon fly tier who broke into the Royal Museum to loot their bird collection , I heard a this American life on the story. It was fascinating.

Yup I read it a few years ago. I really enjoyed it. Dude had some military grade autism for sure.
I would have loved to have been in the courtroom when they pushed the whole Asperger's defense. "This guy did what? He doesn't even fish? No shite, I'd be surprised if he didn't have Asperger's"

I’ve also listened to the This American Life episode on the incident but not read the book. It’s definitely a wild story.
