Just finished it up and found it fascinating and informative. Those who have read self-improvement books, I am looking for my next read. What would yall recommend reading next?

Sea Stories - McRaven
He has lots of other books as well which I dont really care for, but i really enjoyed Sea Stories. Not so much self help as a good story of sucess that is enjoyable and has some good reflections in it.

The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People probably fit the bill of what you're looking for.
I was fascinated with reading How to Win Friends and Influence People, also. The information was so basic and common sense, yet so few people actualy do those things. I kept finding so many parallels between that book and the Bible. It's easy to see why those things work.
