Any of the ironborn (if they even include any)
Is it possible that the show could reveal Daario as ironborn before the book? Assuming he is, of course.

I haven't heard this theory before. So which Iron Islander is Daario supposed to be? Euron? I don't think the timeline makes sense.

2nd request. Where the hell did this come from? I'm hoping Victarion splits Daario in half.
Ahhh... A show rumor turning Daario into Euron to consolidate the story. LINK

If they do that, does that mean in the grand scheme of things that the Iron Islanders are really just a page filler?

Just like many of the other storylines in ADWD...a complete waste of pages and 7 years.

You can't really look at it like that. If the story only included the the final players, the level of suspense would be brought to nothing. Part of the series that I love most is never being sure who is safe and who is a true player. Daario is a nothing in the book. Just the dude Dany is sleeping with that is a good fighter. Having him be Euron in secret doesn't rule out the fact that Euron could potentially be a major player.

True, it just doesn't make any sense, doesn't line up in the timeline, and is generally retarded. The issue lies with when Daario would have had the time to boney maroni Dany, then disappear long enough to claim the Seastone Chair and come back to do that voodoo that he do so well.

This is all assuming we even see the Iron Islands again on the show. Could just be a "WTF" moment on the show. Hodors will be like all
Maesters will be all like

Don't they have to show Balon die? They showed the other 2. Asha's going back anyway after Theon wouldn't go with her. Where else would she go?

I'm still doing it and probably will until the game comes on. Listening to the "Bolt-on" theory now.

“I wish it was out now. Maybe I’m being overly optimistic about how quickly I can finish. But I canceled two convention appearances, I’m turning down a lot more interviews -- anything I can do to clear my decks and get this done,” the author told Entertainment Weekly.
The good news about the interview is that Martin appears to be in full creativity mode. This week, he released an excerpt of the book online. In addition, when speaking about his current work on “The Winds of Winter,” the author revealed he connected some dots on a character and has a twist planned that will “drive [his] readers crazy.”
According to Martin: “I’m still weighing whether to go that direction or not. It’s a great twist. It’s easy to do things that are shocking or unexpected, but they have to grow out of characters. They have to grow out of situations. Otherwise, it’s just being shocking for being shocking.”
Unfortunately for the people who only watch the TV show, Martin said the twist he’s got in mind cannot come to fruition in the series because of choices the showrunners previously made. Mysterious as ever, right?
hmm

Very entertaining, but not as solid as the Darrio= Crow's Eye. I really think this is a possible twist.
