I think the show just confirmed it
The show hinted at three or four possibilities. I believe that it was orchestrated by LF and Ollena but I wouldn't go as far to say its confirmed.

What would it take for you to be convinced?
I expect a near full confession by Littlefinger to Sansa in the next episode, just like in the book.

Ollena confessing.
I just can't trust anything Littlefinger says with 100% certainty.

Definitely agree.

I get that but...
For frick's sake, we saw her remove a jewel from Sansa's necklace and the camera was right on her when Tyrion grabbed the cup for Joffrey's final drink.

Yeah I missed that. I was looking hard too.

Crackpot Theory: Varys is behind the High Septon. The High Septon has played the game of thrones to well to be such a newcomer to it, to where Varys is fully controlling his actions. Varys wanted to use the Faith to fully drive Cersei insane and make her repeat the walk that her grandfather's whore had to do. He also needs the Tyrells to be truly desperate enough to turn to Aegon.
Cersei will win her trial by combat, but Varys will make sure Margeary loses her trial by the Faith. Cersei, thinking it being the height of cunning, will implore the High Septon to spare her life who will agree to merely imprison her instead. Cersei will use Margeary against the Tyrells in order to force them to do her bidding. Instead the Tyrells will go behind her back and join with Aegon. Shortly before the next Sack of King's Landing, Varys and the High Septon will release Margeary and sneak her out of the city, and a combination of Tyrell and members of the Faith Militant will open up the gates to King's Landing willingly.

Definitely think that could very well happen.

The religious war aspect of the story has always intrigued me. I've wondered where they are going with it.

I know where to find it. I just don't know what I'm looking at.

I hope Martin doesn't have too many plots going that it becomes confusing during the unraveling.

Off topic but I've always wondered where the Stark kids get their warging abilities?
Ned couldn't
Benjen couldn't
No Stark I'm aware of from the past could
Lady Cat couldn't
Blackfish we don't think can
Edmure can't
No other Tullys can
Yet Bran is a super warger
Arya is becoming a badass ninja assassin warger
Jon Snow even has shown some warging potential

Maybe Brandon the Builder had something to do with it because he was a sorcerer? I do believe my question may be answered in the next Dunk and Egg novella, the She-Wolves of Winterfell

Dragons are back. Magic has returned to the realm.
Cat and Blackfish are Tullys, not Starks. Ned and Benjen have been dead or missing since the birth of the dragons. The one that I'm interested to see is if Sansa ends up being able to Warg.

probably not since Lady is dead. Jon, Bran, and Arya start warging through wolf dreams first.

Sansa can still be a warg. FWIW I think it's likely that she'll warg the Arryn Falcon.
