We just won't have one. He loves offense and what better way to get the ball back than to just let the other team score. Them we will score again and it will keep going like this until the other team dies of exhaustion. Our team of course will be in the best shape in all of college football

We're going to revolutionize that side of the ball with multiple looks, blitzes, etc.. in the left lane baw

An while we're at it... Who needs defensive recruiting either! Seems we're back in the Petrino mode of only recruiting WRs!

Your narratives of the sky always falling are unique.

Bumper Pool - ILB
Connor Noland - PRO, QB
Sean Michael Flanagan - ATH
Luke Jones - OT
LaDarrius Bishop - CB
Michael Woods - WR
Jeremy Gibson - RB
John Mincey - SDE
Isaiah Nichols - SDE
Noah Gatlin - OT
Noah Banks - OT
Silas Robinson - OT

I did some of the recruiting stuff on Woopig during the Petrino years. You're mistaken, or worse.

It was actually pretty interesting. I would say Petrino's other superpower was talent evaluation. Over a 2 or 3 year span, I learned that he was a talent scout for a lot of folks, including Saban. It was shocking to see how many guys Petrino offered first, and then see the flood of other offers come in. It was sad how seldom he landed the kids, after being the first to recognize their talents.

He’s got nearly 400 offers out for this 2018 class on 247.

Petrino

I remember how good his coaches' show was and the way he could break plays down, describing the QB reads, blocking responsibilities, etc. Those shows were fascinating, especially for someone like me who never played the game, but wanted to understand the Xs and Os better.

The weirdest thing was he could do the same thing on defense. He would pause the play and describe S looks, LB responsibilities, etc. The man KNEW defense too. I don't know if he just never had the right DC or wasn't involved enough on defense, but he seemed as knowledgeable and creative on that side of the ball.

Our D was never as bad under Bobby as it has been under Bert, it's a joke how bad we've been the last few years

To be fair, most of Bielema's defenses were bend and break.

Petrino's defenses weren't good enough, but I think we had our #2 and #3 defenses statistically, in the last 10 years under him.
