Miami of Ohio played LSU when Ben was a Senior. After the loss he went back to Miami of Ohio and wrote Coach Nick Saban a thank you letter. Coach Saban posted it in the newspaper and I have always liked this guy.

I loved his prepared statement. The fact that it was delivered with a smooth video montage seemed overwrought. Did he hire a videographer? Did he rehearse cleaning out his locker?

I hope Brady does, would soften the blow of losing Payton. That would essentially put the entire NFC south on an even playing field.
