Sly is worried about getting sued for a HIPAA breach... and he should be.... it's pretty clear cut, that he DID talk about what treatment his patient was on to to someone who wasn't privy to that information, to someone who Charlier should have never been speaking in certain terms, naming names to...

and now that he's feeling the heat, he recants... well, recanting doesn't make those statements go away, especially in the court of popular appeal...
