"Pets should not be able to have an impact on the quality of life of other households." Your decision to have a dog should not have a negative impact on anyone elses life. Our parks should not be covered in piss and shite. We should never hear your dog bark. Your dog should never be near children or anyone else off leash. Have your own property nowhere near earshot of other people, so your dog and piss, shite, and bark his stupid head off, or dont buy a dog.

Every park in America is full of dog shite. If you allowed dogs on baseball fields they'd be full of dog shite. If you allow dogs on football fields, yep full of dog shite. Dogs ruin neighborhoods with all their noise pollution. Ever listen to a dog bark all day all night for a few months ? frick dogs. Every last one of them is off leash, and their owners think you want them to run up to you and jump on you as if they are not dirty animals. Children get killed every year by dogs. There are so many fricking dogs now that you literally have to educate your child on what to do should he be confronted by a large dog off leash which in some cases depending on the size of the dog could be "just stand still and hope for the best." Now the Loonies want to bring their dogs to the grocery store because they are so mentally ill they cant grab a gallon of milk without their dog. frick dogs.

I think parents have been educating kids about encountering random large dogs for quite a while now, and it's not unique to the US.
