The people said it either said it tongue in cheek or didn't say it exactly like that, or didn't say it at all. However even if he does slide, however much would that matter? Baker Mayfield got arrested leading up to the draft and was still selected first overall.

I think you're confusing him with Carson Beck's classless bum arse. (I LOVE how Indiana showed him some tough love.)

This draft class sucks. Mendoza wouldn't be a top 5 pick in many of the past decade of drafts. Simpson is a late day 2 talent. They'll both go earlier than they should and be sattled with those expectations.
