By now, everyone knows if you act like a jackass you're gonna get thrown off the plane. If it was important to have a fully charged device he should have taken care of his business. He looks like some 18 year old carrying around his phone trying to charge it.

Well you don’t need probable cause to turn an airplane around since it’s privately owned. You just have to ask permission from ATC to change the flight plan.
