You can’t eliminate all risk of injury in anything. That’s why all of the selfish “opt out” quitting doesn’t change the injury percentages or factor for the player opting to quit on his team. The selfishness of players believing their individual worth is greater than that of their teammates is a new generation phenomenon not seen prior.
