Johnny Manziel Didn't Start Sunday Because He Went To Cavs Game?
Ken Blaze-USA TODAY Sports
According to FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer on Monday, Browns QB Brian Hoyer got the start over backup Johnny Manziel on Sunday against the Colts because he went to the Cavaliers game last Tuesday.
quote:

“On Tuesday evening he was … at the Cleveland Cavaliers game, sitting court side, and it made people inside that organization, they wanted to see how he would handle potentially starting,” Glazer said, via FOX Sports. “… If you’re getting your first ever NFL start, they would hope that you’re either gonna be at the complex or home and just getting ready for the Indianapolis Colts. He wasn’t, he was with the Cavs.”
Who knows if this is true, but it is interesting.

This is the media grasping at straws to get Manziel in the spotlight. I'm willing to bet he wasnt the only Brown player at the Cavs game that night.

He needs to do something substantial before he acts like this. He sucks anyway or else he would be starting anyway.

He will have early success when finally playing. That is until teams gather enough film on his tendencies and make him look like an idiot that he is

This is why the Browns are the Browns.

If true the Browns should just shutdown or move to the arena league.

Browns are only hurting themselves. You can't control your players that much. He's watching a basketball game, not at a strip club. What a joke

This is nitpicky and retarded and sounds like something Jim Harbaugh would make his players do.
