Former Texas A&M star and NFL QB Johnny Manziel is reportedly interesting in playing for Houston’s XFL team. Per the Houston Chronicle...

“I enjoyed every single day I had with coach Jones,” Manziel said Saturday at TriStar’s Show at Reliant Arena. “Being in his offense was the best part of each day. I know he’s going to be successful wherever he’s coaching.”

Manziel would like to play in Texas and pointed out what Houston means to him.

“It’s a stone’s throw from College Station,” he said. “A lot of Aggies drove from Houston to College Station. Houston’s a great city that’ll always be near and dear to me.”
I think the ball is in Vince McMahon's court now.

Larry! Did you just see!? Johnny just contacted Drake, and he is going to play running back! Their entire offensive line is going to consist of all of the women from Sports Illustrated, swim suit edition. Their receivers will be a pair of genetically enhanced butterfly gorilla's.

I thought one of XFL’s selling points was that they wouldn’t allow athletes with legal issues?
