Am I the only one that doesn't like that cops can do this to people while they're drunk or under the influence? Legally signed documents are not binding if one party is under the influence of alcohol or drugs but cops can just do whatever? They're not protecting or serving in this case. He's clearly drunk and isn't being disobedient. He's been removed from the street so he can't do any harm by himself or his car. Physically forcing someone to give a blood sample by a court order? Cmon. Overreach big time.
