His transformation isn't as stunning as Alan Faneca's was.

Congrats to him, he probably just extended his life by 15yrs or so. His quality of life in old age will be a lot better at that weight as well.

His now wife Annie was so hot back in HS in the late 90s early 2000s. She was a top HS basketball recruit in WI. We played her HS in baseball and she would be at the games. Tall, long blonde hair, tan, looked like a CA surfer girl in those days. Joe is a lucky man.

a very low carb diet will put your body into ketosis - and give you Keto-breath. Smells like mothballs. Disgusting.

He’s doing great and good for him but what may work for him may not work for you. Many athletes today are vegan and they look great, too.

The trick is stay active, don’t eat bullshite, count calories, and lay off the refined sugar/sodas.

All these keto crazies kill me with their know-it-all attitude towards nutrition. The world doesn't even know the long-term effects yet, but keep doing keto for an extremely long, indefinite amount of time. Maybe you'll be okay.

They have done studies on low carb and/or keto for decades.

You realize if a keto diet were detrimental to one's health then mankind probably would not have made it out of the stone age, right?

Nice. They've done studies, some that have been negative in one way or another. But how many about long-term effects? You're welcome to look for one, but good luck. At least you didn't reply with a caveman argument.
