Multiple sources are reporting that the Buffalo Bills have traded wide receiver Stevie Johnson to the San Francisco 49ers.


According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, in return the Bills will receive a conditional fourth-round draft pick in 2015 that can become a third-rounder.

Johnson who is 27, spent sixth seasons with the Bills. He had 52 receptions for 597 yards and three touchdowns last season.
