Urban Meyer Promised Team He'd Get Tattoo If They Beat Oregon

Ohio State players may have won more than a National Championship on Monday night. According to Buckeyes TE Jeff Heuerman, head coach Urban Meyer promised his players after they beat Alabama that he would get a tattoo if they defeated Oregon.

“He promised us after we beat ‘Bama in the locker room that if we won the next one, he’d get a tattoo,” Heuerman said, via Nicole Auerbach of USA Today Sports.

“The first thing that went through my head (after Monday night’s win) is, Coach Meyer’s getting a tattoo,” the senior said. “I’ll supervise it. Trust me, I’m going to be right next to him.”
