No way. Tulane used its location to keep a constant stream of anti-LSU messaging flowing to NO high school players and it was rare for LSU to get a big recruit out of New Orleans. They tried to destroy LSU football but they missed their shot at the king and now they have to wallow in obscurity. This was back before social media and also when Tulane wasn’t even in the SEC and I sat through more than one Tulane victory over LSU so don’t say it can’t happen again. It wasn’t that long ago. Have they ever compensated LSU for trashing the bathrooms at Alex Box? F those guys. They’re dirty and the more distance we keep from them, the better.
