It's been a minute since we've heard about a Bo Pelini meltdown. On Saturday, he may have had his first one as Youngstown State's head coach...



Pelini was flagged for two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties with 30 seconds left after being upset with officials for a pass interference call. Those flags sealed the loss for his team.

that's the demeanor for a coordinator, not a head coach. Pelini's a hothead, much like Muschamp (who has fallen back to his natural place as a DC). Emotion is great, but there's a limit to what you should do when you're the head coach and leader of the program.

He's blown up at Youngstown before this. Really glad to have him gone from Nebraska.

BO was a great DC. #3 defense at LSU in 05, 06, and 07, he did well at nebraska and played for a few titles. I'd take him back in a heartbeat.
