It is not a Northern thing...Kentucky was in the mix also. It is a stupid, ignorant, hoping to make the news thing. College students should be sent home for a semester; citizens should be off work w/no pay for a week. That may help to curb some actions. Those on assistance lose half a month's eligibility and one-half food stamp allotment.
