Thx. Why I was asking. So wondering why endangering his child wasn't a charge. The gun I couldn't care less about, but being stoned while driving + with your child in the car + high speeds is not a good mix.

Depends on the state, as far as the permit thing goes. But I'm pretty sure (and correct me if I'm wrong) if you have weed, and then they find a gun, the permit thing no longer matters.
