Former NBA player Delonte West has had some trouble as of late. Back in February he was wandering around a parking lot outside of a Jack in the Box restaurant in Houston after not taking his bipolar medicine properly. Now, unfortunately, he was seen on Sunday begging for money on the side of the road in Maryland...

Poor guy. Hope he gets help.
