I've eaten a many of these, you can alternate with peanut butter as well. Nothing wrong with this sandwhich Larry, unless you're a yank.

When we were young, my brother used to eat ketchup spread on two slices of white bread. I just stuck with butter and later peanut butter and syrup.

That's a high quality white trash meal.

Being black and family from the country, I know about syrup sandwiches, mayonnaise sandwiches (or "manayse" as the country folk would call it), and Kool aid bread. I even have a weird uncle who use to eat cake sandwiches. I mean literally cake between 2 slices of bread. (IDK why lol)

That's my favorite as well. My hoosier wife thinks it is disgusting as well.

Meh, it's not as bad as you would think. Not as good as PB and banana, but edible.
