Growing up, Bo Jackson was like a superhero. It blew my mind that not only did he play two professional sports, but that he was awesome at both of them. So listening to him explain his sports legacy to White Sox's Adam LaRoche's teenage son at spring training this week is rather entertaining...and also makes me feel old......



Bo knows Bo.

In my mind, Bo Jackson was the greatest athlete of his era, no doubt. It really really sucked to see his career cut short by a freak injury.
