There was a lot of speculation over the weekend about big LSU recruiting news coming on Monday, and today we found out that LSU commit Dylan Moses has been named the No. 1 players for the 2017 class by 247Sports.

Dylan, who is heading into his sophomore year at University Lab in Baton Rouge had this to say about about the honor:
quote:

“It definitely means a lot to me,” Moses said of the honor. “I’ve definitely been striving for it ever since I started playing football. I’ve always wanted to be the best. Even though I’m number one, I’m definitely going to be the same person and going to keep working.”
Here are his freshman highlights from last year:

Perhaps LF will still be here in 2017. That would be a great one-two offensive punch. Or push Moses to Chavis. NFL careers are getting shorter; college degrees are needed.

That run is just sick. A well deserved congrats is in order, and keep up the hard work, Dylan.

If he gets to 6'4"+ he's a DE, shorter I think LB. Both have longer careers than RB.
