My junior year of college we hired a new head coach, first day of two a days he shows up in cleats spatted.

When I coached, I always wore cleats. I taught by doing. I never expected a kid to do anything I couldn't do (except run fast lol), or at least demonstrate. You can't get in there and fire off wearing your white New Balance.

He just likes wearing them.
