LSU star cornerback Greedy Williams is up for the Jim Thorpe Award which is given to the best defensive back in college football "based on performance on the field, athletic ability, and character."

This year, fans are allowed to cast their vote, and the "the winner of the fan vote will receive one vote towards the overall committee results."
