If there is a spectrum of communication ability for football coaches Bill Belichick is on one end and Brian Polian is on the other. Oddly I enjoy listening to both styles.

He is awesome, does a great job of articulating many aspects of the program and how to overcome external challenges that seem to pop up weekly. High school NIL??? Definitely agree the transfer portal needs tightening up as it relates to overall roster management.

This guy is impressive. I can see him as an HC in the future.
