Upset? That was no upset. The better team won and it was an arse kicking.

Much improved Blair. I’ve been a critic of his, this was very well placed passion.

It was LSU's coming out party. LSU is a very good football team.

Battle with the INT was a fantastic conclusion to a game that saw him getting knocked down early. This game provides so much proof of what the outcome can be when you just keep playing the next down. Even Georgia's defense kept them in the game by forcing red zone field goals.

Even though Battle was getting blown up, I have more respect for someone that will take that lick to at least slow the player down then to see them jumping at their feet to make an easy tackle or not look bad getting run over. At the very least you slow them down when you get run over. That being said, if he would actually tackle with some forward force and wrap up at the same time, he wouldn't get trucked like that near as often or near as bad. You might still get the worse end of it simply bc the RB is built to make those hits BUT you will get much more respect for tackling like a man, instead of a big puss. I can respect him more after this game and going forward if he keeps it up. If T Mathieu can tackle those guys then he can too. You just have to be a damn man about it. Don't stop and take the hit. Dish some out when you hit and those RBs will think twice when coming up against you next time.
