I wish the sound quality was better on the Devin White segment so you could better hear the question and Coach Aranda's answer, not so much the guy in the background. One thing I like about Coach Aranda is he makes sense when he's speaking as he doesn't talk using a collection of "coach speak" phrases.

I don't give a damn whatever it takes keep this man in Baton Rouge. DC Dave Aranda is the most underrated coach in the country his defenses are always competitive and dominate. Aranda seems to always get his players in the best position to succeed and he always get the best out of his players and under his tutelage players go from role players to draft eligible stars and if I'm a HS LB there's not a coach in this country I would want to play for than DC Dave Aranda. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!PURPLEREIGN?????????

I see an opportunity for a coup, one that even Alleva could get in on behind O's back to save his own arse [could even take credit for it when it proves successful]. Matt Canada and Dave Aranda could potentially collude on the prospect that Canada remains as OC if Aranda is promoted to HC. Even if O found out, what is he going to do, fire Aranda too? It would be a death sentence not only for Ed, but also Alleva. Such a move would force Alleva's hand if the public could get behind it, which is already taking place. We all know Aranda wants the job and probably hates working for a muppet.

I could listen to him talk football all day. I hope he’s our next HC

Here’s a guy that can get along with everyone. Dave is very soft spoken and just loves to coach. Not head coach. Just coach! You can tell he loves his job and I think he’s perfectly content and why not? He doesn’t have the headaches that O has. Doesn’t have to deal with media or disciplinary issues or PR like a HC does. I think he’s right where he wants to be, and he’s paid well to be there. And since he’s extremely instrumental to the teams success, that’s just fine with me. Others could watch and learn from this guy!
