Woodward should approach Kelly and see if he would be willing to negotiate his buyout. Who knows? Kelly might just be wanting to leave. Problem is, Woodward hired Kelly and probably doesn't want to admit that he made a mistake.

It's very obvious that he seems to be going through the motions, apathy, whatever you wanna call it. He is not engaged with the team. I don't think he is part of the locker room. That's the most frustrating part is that he is not part of the locker room. With eight minutes to go there was a camera shot of Coach Kelly trying to talk to the offensive lineman and they seemed completely disengaged. And if Woodward only signs him to a five-year deal guaranteed this would not be painful whatsoever.

CBK press conferences could be recorded and played back after every game. It is the same crap every week. He can’t win a NC no matter where he is coaching
