ESPN College writers Andrea Adelson, Chris Low, Adam Rittenberg, and Mark Schlabach released their College Football Playoff predictions after the completion of Week 8. All four of them now have LSU in the playoff.

Andrea Adelson:
1. Alabama
2. Clemson
3. Notre Dame
4. LSU

Chris Low:
1. Alabama
2. Clemson
3. LSU
4. Notre Dame

Adam Rittenberg:
1. Alabama
2. Clemson
3. Notre Dame
4. LSU

Mark Schlabach:
1. Alabama
2. Clemson
3. Notre Dame
4. LSU

This is the negative side of the playoff. Clemson and Notre Lame coast into the top 4 while LSU will have to play bama twice.

I just don't understand this picking. It's pointless. With the current schedule and records, it's literally impossible for Alabama and LSU to get in with Bama as the #1 seed. Unless all of the top 10 teams start losing like crazy.

Its meant to be viewed as if the playoffs were right now these are the teams that are in.

Coach O has done a great job so far. Even if we lose to Bama but win out the remainder of the year, he will have don't a great job.
