Despite LSU's convincing win over Alabama on Saturday, ESPN's Stephen A. Smith says that the Tigers got "lucky" during Monday's episode of 'First Take.' Per The Spun:

“They lucky,” Smith said on ESPN’s First Take on Monday morning. “Let me explain. First of all, I want to start out on the right foot – I wanna give LSU props from the standpoint that, Alabama’s defense couldn’t stop them. They couldn’t stop [Joe] Burrow … But I’m gonna say this – Tua [Tagovailoa], you open the drive, no one touches you and you just lose the ball.”
Smith continued to cite multiple careless errors from several Alabama players. He even went on to dish some slight criticism on Nick Saban and his clock management to end the first half.
