Multiple sources are reporting that former LSU safety and current Browns rookie Grant Delpit suffered an achilles injury at practice on Monday and had to be carted off the field.

Just minutes later, former LSU cornerback Greedy Williams also had to leave Browns practice with a shoulder injuy.

"Grant Delpt"... It's embarrassing that one of, if not the, biggest LSU fan sites continues to allow stuff like this to make its page. I can understand a typo here and there, but it happens every day, multiple times a day. It takes just a couple of seconds to proofread the things y'all post, but it seems like that's too tall a task. You guys should take more pride in your work. /rant

Blunt force injury.. Helmet, knee, shoulder to the abdomen.

Yeah, Big Block Stingray is correct. All it takes is a hard hit to the body like a helmet to the midsection and that type of injury will happen. It's through no fault of the players. I took a helmet to my midsection one time on a hit when I was running the ball, I felt like I was gon die.

NFL network says Grant is done for the year. Damn it to hell.

Yeah, Achilles injuries are rough, just brutal, and you would rather it not happen to you at all. He'll have to do major rehab work to get back to normal, but the good news is he's really young.

So who exactly do they have practicing in the secondary right now? No wonder Mayfield goes into every season thinking he is going to be good.
