Alabama head coach Nick Saban joined the SEC Coaches Teleconference on Wednesday and was asked about next Saturday's game vs. LSU on November 4.

Saban talked about LSU offensive coordinator Matt Canada and the compared the Tigers loss to Troy to his loss to UAB when he was still the head coach in Baton Rouge.

It’s not. It’s just Saban saying coach speak. He also said LSU shouldn’t have fired Miles. It’s not the same comparison in terms of coaching ability. It is just both bad losses. Saban was still more proven at the time.

He is almost always complimentary and respectful to the teams he is trying to prepare and destroy. I think Les got sucked into the niceties the last few years and we got our assess kicked. Hopefully Coach Oeaux doesn't fall for his BS and prepares the TIGERS to do the arse kicking this year.
