Alabama head coach Nick Saban met with the media on Monday and was asked about the firing of LSU head coach Les Miles. He didn't agree with it.

I don't know why they give Les Miles credit for that National Title. That entire roster was guys that were recruited by Saban. Les wasn't there long enough yet to implement his offense. And he didn't have to play against Saban that year either. Anybody could have come in and led that team to a title!

That's not a knock on LSU by the way. I'm a tiger fan. I'm just sick and tired over every one saying that Les gave LSU a title. All he did was fill a sit for a team that was stacked.

Did he also have a problem with Bama firing 10 win coach Mike Shula?

I do not like the Bama coach. My mind gets bad thoughts all the time when I think of Sir Gump

Of course he doesn't agree with it. Now he actually has to come up with a defensive game plan for LSU.

Hey Nick,,,, What about you firing the entire LSU University, their football players and the whole of the fanbase at LSU for your attempt at being a NFL coach. Didn't quite work out the way you envisioned did it....

Tell Saban if loses to the new LSU coach 5 times in a row he will be on the chopping blocks as well.

What do you expect him to say? Coaches are all sitting in a boat.

If y'all really think that is his reason then you're all dumbasses.

"I kind of hated that now I may not be guaranteed a win against LSU this November" FIFY Saban

Of course he's going to disagree! 7-3 head-to-head against Miles, 5 in a row, and able to use the same game plan for ten years.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Now he actually has to gameplan for LSU. LSU is the one team in the SEC, in the country for that matter, that matches Bama talent wise. Les' inability to play to his team's strengths kept LSUs talent level at bay. Now that Miles is gone, Saban is worried. He knows that if that talent is utilized, Bama is in trouble.

Quote: First of all, Les Miles is one of the most respected colleagues in terms of ***rivalry*** we've had. 0-5 is not a rivalry, it's an arse whooping. No wonder Satan is pissed.
