After missing all of the 2021 season due to an academic issue, LSU running back John Emery Jr. sent a tweet out this week suggesting that he's ready to play this upcoming season with a "#IMBACk" hashtag.

LSU running back coach Frank Wilson, previously said he expected Emery Jr. to be eligible and "ready to roll" for the upcoming season.

He came to LSU as a boy. He will leave the university as a man. I hope he is THE man in 2022. If not, he is equipped for a better life from the experience
