LSU Opens The Season Unranked In The Preseason AP Top 25

LSU was left out of the preseason AP Top 25 that was released on Monday. The Tigers received 55 total votes.
The last time LSU was not ranked in the preseason AP Top 25 was 2000.
The Tigers will open up the 2022 season on Sunday, September 4 vs. Florida State at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, La.
