Update:
Tashawn Bower was able to return to the game in the 2nd quarter.

Original:
LSU starting defensive end Tashawn Bower injured his leg Saturday during Syracuse's first offensive drive in the first quarter.

Bower, a junior from near by New Jersey, eventually hopped off the field and was taken to get an X-ray on his foot/ankle.

He was replaced by true freshman Arden Key.

Thats what happens when you rush that high. He was basically standing straight up. I understand he was looking for the ball but if you don't drop your butt you run the risk of getting blown up like that. Plus it was on a chip so im pretty sure Bower thought the guy side stepped him and went downfield...keep that head on a swivel.
