ESPN unveiled their 2019 College Football Power Index rankings for the 2019 season and pegged LSU at No. 4. The Tigers were No. 18 in the 2018 preseason FPI rankings last year.

And of course Notre Dame is still up there after getting embarrassed in the playoffs.

Of course they will. They have enough in the tank from last year to win another 11-12 games which will always have you in the top 10. What I don't understand is LSU and and Michigan over Oklahoma and Florida. I also have no clue why Auburn is anywhere near the top 10.

I think that was the 2018 preseason FPI. That is the only thing that makes sense to me.
