ESPN College Football analysts Kirk Herbstreit previewed the LSU-Georgia game on his podcast this week and is predicting the Bulldogs to win.

Here's some of what he had to say:
quote:

“What an opportunity for Jake Fromm and what an opportunity for this Georgia defense, to go in against LSU, who is going to be very upset after losing to Florida," Herbstreit said. "They are back home, kind of backed into a corner. Their fans are going to be all hands on deck. It’s going to be electric and as tough of an environment that Georgia will see all year.”

"I think Georgia goes in there and wins, even though that’s tough to do. I think they can run, I think they can throw, and I think they can make some plays with one-on-one matchups on the permitter and I think that will be the difference in the game.”

"LSU, let’s face it, their offense is still trying to kinda get it going,” Herbstreit continued. “I think Georgia will load up against that running game. They will try to get Joe Burrow into third down and crank up some pressure and Kirby is good at getting exotic and creative and creating chaos for the offense line. I think Georgia goes in there and wins.”

He makes good points but it's the points on the scoreboard that count! Our Tigers need to play with intensity like this is a National Championship, so put on your Big Boy drawers...Our fans need to make some noise to give us that "12th man" edge that A&M always boasts about..and maybe, just maybe we bring home a WIN! Geaux Tigers!

"On the permitter"? What kind of BS nonsense is this kind of reporting? It's the PERIMETER.

Looking forward to an apologetic Herbstreit crawling back to us next week asking for forgiveness.
