LSU head coach Ed Orgeron met with the media on Thursday after practice to provide team updates as the Tigers gets closer to game day vs. No. 7 Auburn.

The man is flat out blunt and honest about what's wrong and is direct in fixing the most glaring, immediate problems. It's a good trait. We'll see if it's enough for Auburn.

Just about every good offense has explosive plays within the game and plenty of them. Shots would be explosive plays and is usually part of any good offense. I think we need to hit them hard in the short to medium game first to wear that defense down some and then throw in some things they haven't seen like a screen and get lots of people involved. FBs/TEs/RBs and WRs in the flats and short to medium field.
