I just read his Wiki, dude was just 17 when he started his freshman year. He started most of the next two years, then went Pro early. He was a big contributor, but I wonder if his youth held him back some.

A perfect example of that fat shite Chavis being unable to develop players. What a waste of great talent while at LSU.

Whoever decided that a guy a his size who ran a 4.57 40 at the combine should’ve been a “play the run first” DE is an idiot.

Brick haley should get alot of credit for this guy under performing at LSU. I actually think had O been here at the time as DL coach that hunter could have been a first /second rounder.

That amount of guaranteed $ is almost unheard of. Pretty awesome. Happy for him.

Just read an article about DH and it said he only managed 4 yes 4 sacks his entire time at LSU. He managed to get 6 in HIS ROOKIE SEASON!!! WTF?

This guy underperformed his entire college career. Glad to see him reaching his true potential.

Not really... Chavis's shitty scheme kept him from getting sacks. He did a good job containing his side.

As Zsav said. Scheme not talent. For all the amazing kids Chief had, he sure could plan around them somehow
