Former LSU defensive tackle Al Woods has signed with the Seattle Seahawks, the team announced on Monday. Per Seahawks.com:

Woods, 32, has played for five teams over the past nine seasons, most recently appearing in 30 games over the past two seasons for the Indianapolis Colts, starting 24 of those games. Woods was voted a team captain in 2018 with the Colts. Woods, who was a fourth-round pick out of LSU in 2010, appeared in two games for the Seahawks in 2011.
The 6-foot-4, 330-pound Woods gives the Seahawks another veteran option at defensive tackle following the free-agency departure of 2018 starter Shamar Stephen. The Seahawks have found success over the years with veteran defensive tackle signings, acquiring starters like Alan Branch, Tony McDaniel, Ahtyba Rubin and Stephen.
