Former LSU offensive lineman Xavier Hill announced Tuesday that he has committed to Memphis.

The 6-4, 318-pounder from Olive Branch, Miss., played in three games with two starts during his redshirt freshman season last year but only played in three games this season.

If by "processed" you mean a new coach brought in his own recruits promised them PT over ones that were there then yeah, I guess so. But do you blame the kid for taking advantage of the rules that are in place now?
