Dont understand how chicago and tennessee can have such abysmal kicking and not look Tracy's way. I would rather have a guy who I know can make everything inside 45 yards than someone who might make a 52 yarder but might miss a 35 yarder

How is this guy not playing in the NFL? One of the most prolific kickers in college football of the last 10 years.
